Project Scope
West Pecos RV is a 160-lot RV community offering residents direct TV, high-speed fiber optic WiFi, on-site laundry, and a fitness facility.
Sendero Industries partnered with Wellstar Properties to provide a complete civil package of earthwork and utilities.
Our work included the following:
- 11,000+ LF of sanitary sewer
- 8,000 LF of waterline and fireline
- Sanitary lift station
