Project Scope
Sendero Industries completed all clearing, grading, and public utilities for this 67-acre site for Lovett Industrial in 2019.
In January 2020, Sendero crews returned to complete a full earthwork and site utility package for two new industrial buildings totaling more than 350,000 SF for Burton Construction.
Our client has nothing but praise and kind words for the project, which is testimony to how Sendero Industries collaborated with consultants and subcontractors to make this project a great success.
