Project Scope

The rapid adoption of e-commerce, accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic, has continued to lead to rampant growth in the industrial property sector, increasing the demand for industrial real estate.

As part of a massive expansion, Amazon announced four new delivery stations in Houston to facilitate “last mile” deliveries, including a 220,000-square-foot facility in Northwest Houston, bringing 300 full-time jobs to The Woodlands/Spring area.

Sendero Industries provided a full civil package of earthwork and utilities consisting of the following:

  • heavy clearing
  • 150,000 CY of onsite detention excavation
  • preparation of a 230,000 SF building pad
  • import and placement of 77,000 CY of fill
  • 1.3M SF of paving stabilization
  • 25,000+ LF of storm sewer and wet utilities

Sendero Industries is always willing to offer solutions and alternatives that add value. For more than 10 years, I’ve relied on their transparency and reliability to help me find solutions and contribute to the success of my projects.
