Project Scope
Located north of Houston in Spring, Texas, Botanic Luxury Living Apartments offers studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, along with amenities such as a two-story fitness center, rock climbing wall, and clubhouse.
Sendero Industries partnered with TX Morrow Construction to provide a complete civil package of earthwork and utilities.
Our work included the following:
- 140,000 SF of building pad preparation
- 75,000 CY of import and placement
- 250,000 SF of paving stabilization
- 7,000+ LF of storm sewer and wet utilities
