Project Scope
Sendero Industries provided a complete site utility package for this five-building multifamily complex in Cibolo, Texas, consisting of 264 units spanning more than 219,000 SF. Construction commenced in June 2022, with the first units estimated to deliver in April 2023.
Our work included the following:
- 3,700+ LF of storm sewer
- 34 precast concrete inlets
- 19 precast concrete manholes
- 8 headwalls
- 1,900 LF of sanitary sewer
- 5,410 LF of fire/water main
- 13 fire hydrants
