Project Scope
Sendero Industries partnered with long-time client TX Morrow Construction to provide a complete utility package for a new multi-family development in Northwest Houston.
Our work included the following:
- 4,000+ LF of storm sewer
- 2,000+ LF of sanitary sewer
- 3,000+ LF of water line
- Preparation of 6 building pads totaling 160,000 SF
- 250,000 SF of paving stabilization
Sendero Industries’ expertise and experience proved to be invaluable in the development of our latest project. As a general contractor, we chose a civil contractor who had the reputation for hands-on solutions and we could not have made a better choice.
