Project Scope
Lakeview at Westpark is a multifamily development offering one, two, and three-bedroom apartments in Richmond, Texas, a Houston suburb.
Sendero Industries partnered with DHI Communities to provide a complete civil package of earthwork and utilities.
Our work included the following:
- 90,000 CY of dirt import
- Preparation of seven building pads
- 9,000 LF of storm drainage and wet utilities
