Project Scope
The apartments at Nexus at Goodnight Ranch are just minutes from the vibrant energy of downtown Austin. The community offers one- and two-bedroom units and a host of amenities, including a pet park, pickle ball court, and sand volleyball court.
Sendero Industries partnered with DHI Communities to provide a complete civil package of earthwork and utilities.
Our work included the following:
- 90,000 CY of dirt import
- Preparation of seven building pads
- 9,000 LF of storm drainage and wet utilities
Finding a team that is as communicative with all stakeholders is rare. Still, I find that Sendero Industries has amassed a group of individuals who bring both experience and energy to each issue, recognizing that a common approach to problem-solving is the accurate measure of professionalism.
