Project Scope
Ravella at Sienna Plantation is a Class A multifamily community with 292 units in Missouri City, Texas.
Sendero Industries partnered with Hoar Construction to provide a complete civil site package of earthwork.
Our work included the following:
- Heavy clearing
- Preparation of 14 building pads
- 4,000 LF of storm drainage
- 2,000 LF of sanitary
- 4,000 LF of waterline
